Foundation Leadership programs are designed for those new to their role and those looking to refresh their professional skills and knowledge. The programs are delivered by senior members of the AIS executive team and expert colleagues who work regularly with the AIS in their support of independent schools. They also involve strong participation by members of the NSW Bursars’ Association and AHISA. The programs range from one to nine days in length depending on the needs of the target group.
