The activities of the AIS Leadership Centre are designed to ensure that future leaders of independent schools are educators who possess the managerial skills, including effective delegation, to confidently and successfully undertake the wide range of functions expected of them. It is important that future school leaders continue to be those with the educational vision that underpins the core purpose of the organisation and that these leaders are confident in their ability to supervise the undertaking of all the managerial aspects of the complex business that is schooling in the 21st century.
