The School Review service provided by the AIS recognises the climate that independent schools operate in and the significance of the alignment between business and human resource strategies as schools strive to meet their goals in an effective, efficient and sustainable manner.

School Reviews can focus on a single aspect of the school’s operation such as a particular department or provision of service, or a number of components of operation, or the school as a whole.  Underpinning any review is the recognition of the interplay between legislative and regulatory requirements, strategic planning, and organisational culture, structures and systems and the impact that these have on the capacity of a school to achieve its goals.

School Development Consultancies are offered on a fee for service basis by negotiation with school principals and/or chairpersons of the school’s governing body.
