Application: Major Projects Minimize

Use this procedure to apply for a grant for a major capital works project (> $75,000).

Step 1. Carefully read the document Criteria, Processes and Procedures of the Independent Schools Capital Grants Committee to ensure that your application satisfies the broad eligibility and viability criteria outlined.
Step 2.

You will need a username and password to access the application form on a confidential basis. If you haven't already obtained your username and password, email your request to Corwin Hooper or Nick Evans.

Step 3.

Complete the online application form and submit it to the BGA by the closing date of  Monday 29th March 2010.

Notes on the online application:

1. The online application form can be accessed through most browsers including: Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Safari (Apple Macintosh). If you have any problems, please contact Corwin Hooper to make alternative application arrangements.

2. As you work, be aware that if you leave the computer for more than twenty minutes, the system will log you off and subsequent work will be lost. Remember to sign off before you leave the computer for a meeting or a break.

Step 4. Mail a copy of your school’s Audited Financial Statements for 2009 to the BGA. Applications that do not provide Audited Financial Statements by 31 May 2010 will lapse.
Step 5. Mail a copy of your school’s Enrolment/Waiting List to the BGA. Show student names and addresses by expected year of entry.
Step 6. Mail a copy of an A4 Master Plan drawing to the BGA.

Reminder:

 

Schools wishing to lodge an application must have a current BGA Participant Agreement (for 2009-2012) in place with the AIS in order to be considered.
