Application: Major Projects Minimize

Use this procedure to apply for a grant for a major capital works project (> $75,000).

Step 1. Carefully read the document Criteria, Processes and Procedures of the Independent Schools Capital Grants Committee to ensure that your application satisfies the broad eligibility and viability criteria outlined.
Step 2.

You will need a username and password to access the application form on a confidential basis. If you haven't already obtained your username and password, email your request to Corwin Hooper.

Step 3.

Complete the online application form and submit it to the BGA by the closing date of Friday, 28 March 2008.

Notes on the online application:

1. The online application form must be accessed using Microsoft Internet Explorer (Version 6.0 or later) running on a PC. If this is not possible, please contact Wendy Godden to make alternative application arrangements.

2. As you work, be aware that if you leave the computer for more than twenty minutes, the system will log you off and subsequent work will be lost. Remember to sign off before you leave the computer for a meeting or a break.

Step 4. Mail a copy of your school’s Audited Financial Statements for 2007 to the BGA. Applications that do not provide Audited Financial Statements by 31 May 2008 will lapse.
Step 5. Mail a copy of your school’s Enrolment/Waiting List to the BGA. Show student names and addresses by expected year of entry.
Step 6. Mail a copy of an A4 Master Plan drawing to the BGA.
Step 7. Mail a signed copy of the Applicant Agreement between your school and the AISNSW BGA to the BGA.
