AISNSW Heads of Sport Conference:

What's Your Game Plan?

The AISNSW Heads of Sport Conference is the premier event for heads of sport, sports administrators and heads of co-curricular in independent schools. After a Covid hiatus, the annual Conference is held this year in our nation's capital and will explore a range of contemporary issues supporting delegates to develop knowledge and skills, and enhance opportunities for working with students, coaching staff and parents.

The Conference begins with a 'big picture' perspective of sport in Australia and then moves into specific areas that will allow delegates to consider their 'game plan' in relation to supporting the holistic growth of the athletes at their schools including physical, mental, social, ethical and legal. There is also a strong focus on inclusivity, sport pathways and working with parents. Keynote, Feature and Spotlight Presentations will draw on the deep knowledge of experts from a range of relevant and key organisations and tertiary institutions, and a series of workshops will provide practical strategies to draw upon.
