The Fair Work Ombudsman has recently updated the Fair Work Information Statement (FWIS).

The FWIS is a fact sheet compiled by the Fair Work Ombudsman that informs employees about their workplace entitlements under the Fair Work Act 2009. It is a requirement under the Fair Work Act 2009 that a copy of the latest FWIS be provided to all new employees before, or as soon as possible after, they commence employment at the school.
