Adjustments and Supports

Adjustments are measures or actions taken to assist the student with a disability to participate in education or training on the same basis as other students. They are determined on a case by case basis in consultation with the student through the Collaborative Planning Process. Adjustments can be provided for students in Kindergarten to Year 12, across many aspects of the curriculum and school life. This may include the environment, extra-curricular and social activities, instructional practices, assessment, reporting and resourcing.
