Leadership for Operational Staff 


Recognising the vital role operational staff play in shaping school environments, this newly developed program provides participants with leadership skills tailored to their unique responsibilities with a particular focus on leading people effectively and upholding trust. 

Grounded in nurturing both the inner and outer journeys of leadership, the program fosters an understanding of leadership theory and practice, encouraging participants to refine their ability to lead teams with confidence and clarity. Through self-reflection and interactive learning, attendees will explore the dynamics of leadership, gaining a deeper understanding of their own strengths and how to effectively collaborate with others.
