Governance Foundations for Not-For-Profit Directors Program for NSW Independent Schools

In 2023 AISNSW in partnership with the Australian Insititute of Company Directors (AICD) will offer 6 customised Governance Foundations for Not-For-Profit Directors Programs for NSW Independent Schools. This follows from the four foundation courses offered in 2022.

Each course will be limited to 20 participants and delivered virtually over one-and-a-half days, examining school director responsibilities, specifically in the areas of governance, risk, financial performance, and strategy.

The agreement with the AICD provides subsidised access to the program and an AICD certification which accredits NESA professional learning hours in school governance.
