Penny is one of Australia’s leading specialists in the practice and teaching of adaptive leadership. She first studied under Professor Ronald Heifetz at Harvard University where she completed her Masters degree. The following year she worked as Professor Heifetz’ lead teaching assistant and has remained a part of The Adaptive Leadership Network community.

Penny’s background also includes working in international organisations and universities and was a teacher and leader in NSW Independent Schools
