Coaching is an ongoing partnership that helps school leaders produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. Through the process of coaching, they deepen their learning, improve their performance and enhance their
quality of life.
What does it involve?
Coaching is conducted by an accredited coach from The AIS Leadership Centre. Coaches have completed accreditation with Growth Coaching International (GCI) and The Leadership Circle™. An essential component of coaching is the completion of a comprehensive 360° profile with The Leadership Circle™. This profile will be debriefed with their Coach as part of the engagement.
