Middle Leaders

Within a supportive environment, you will be given opportunities to uncover your leadership purpose and create a vision for your team.

Learning from and with other middle leaders, you will also develop the confidence and courage to positively influence learning in your area of responsibility; whether it be as Head of Department, Stage Coordinator, Head of House, Year Coordinator, Pastoral Leader, Early Childhood Leader or another position requiring liaison between senior executive and teachers.
