Keynote Presenter: Melanie Hughes

Prior to her current role at ACARA, Melanie has been a board member of the Information and Communication Technologies Educators Association of NSW (ICTENSW) and a Senior Project Officer for ACARA's Digital Technologies in Focus (DTiF) project. During her career Melanie has been a classroom teacher, curriculum leader, technologies integration specialist, Education Consultant: Technologies, K12/STEM for The Association of Independent Schools NSW and a Senior Education Specialist: Technologies/ STEM with the Australian Academy of Science.

Keynote Presenter: Jane Polley

Before her appointment to ACARA, Jane was the Curriculum Lead, The Arts for the Tasmanian Department for Education, Children, and Young People (DECYP) where she developed and wrote senior secondary courses across all five art subjects. She also led or facilitated projects including art-in-education residencies (with Arts Tas), STEAM symposia, teacher conferences, digital arts resources, and industry collaborations.
