School Improvement Case Studies Series

This Case Studies series presents the school improvement journeys of five NSW independent schools.

Each case study documents in an open and honest way how each school has navigated the process of identifying challenges, establishing priorities and working towards ongoing school improvement.

We invite you to engage with the stories of the principals, executive and teachers through the individual videos and written case studies. In doing so, you will gain a deeper understanding of each school’s journey and how the process of exploring different approaches and lessons learnt along the way have led to new strategies and new ways of operating.

The Link paper provides a summary of nine key aspects of school improvement; aspects that are exemplified through the Case Study schools’ stories.
